SCOLA is an educational, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that imports unedited,
authentic multimedia content (video, audio, print, etc) from hundreds of sources around the world,
and makes this content available to organizations and individuals in support of the language/culture learning activities worldwide.
SCOLA has secured licensing agreements for all content offered by SCOLA.
SCOLA extends this licensing to SCOLA Users by means of a “SCOLA User Agreement” that authorizes
organizations and individuals to make broad-spectrum use of this content for their educational
purposes during the term of their User Agreement.
The statements and opinions expressed in, or found on,
SCOLA provided authentic foreign content are those of the Content Authors and/or Licensors and not of SCOLA.
All specific terms, payment, rights and limitation information are set forth in this “SCOLA User Agreement.
” No use of SCOLA content, in any form, is permitted without entering into a User Agreement with SCOLA.
